The Legacy Shed International (Singapore) (TLSIS) was established in 2021 under the umbrella of The Legacy Shed International Pte Ltd (TLSI), in response to up-coming Singapore’s sports scene to nurture new coaches to support the upcoming sports. Primary for now is Taekwondo, Arnis. Kickboxing and Kummooyeh. Mr. Ng the Managing director of TLSIS was appointed by IArnis (Official International Governing Body for Martial Arts and Sport of Arnis), World Kickboxing Association (One of the oldest and the largest amateur and professional sanctioning organizations of kickboxing in the world), World Kummooyeh Federation (The HQ for Kummooyeh) to promote the 3 sports and TLSIS was set up to be a supporting platform for up-coming coaches to be able to have opportunity to start off at the community level once they have passed the instructors course set by the respective national/international association/federation.

Taekwondo originated in Korea. Often translated as the way of hand and foot, it is the art of kicking, punching and unarmed combat. Mental discipline and emotional equanimity are important elements of the martial art. Participants should also note that there are different schools or systems of taekwondo which operate under different rules and have their own grading examinations and competitions. There is no common system to allow automatic transfers or crossovers from one class under one system to a class under another.
