Wai Kit is an experience Martial Artist with more than 30 years in both TaeKwonDo and Traditional Wushu (Zhou Jia
Quan). He attained his TKD Black belt in 1993 and also attained both Wushu Instructor and Wushu “SanDa” coach in 2000
& 2003 respectively.
With more than 20 years as an assistant coach, he strongly believes that thru Martial Arts cultivate Courtesy, Integrity,
Preseverance, Self-Control & Indomitable Spirit in oneself. And it also develops both Mentally & Physically in every
practitioner. With the mentioned tenets, one could rely and benefits in times of crisis.

Taekwondo originated in Korea. Often translated as the way of hand and foot, it is the art of kicking, punching and unarmed combat. Mental discipline and emotional equanimity are important elements of the martial art. Participants should also note that there are different schools or systems of taekwondo which operate under different rules and have their own grading examinations and competitions. There is no common system to allow automatic transfers or crossovers from one class under one system to a class under another.
