Course Description
Taekwondo originated in Korea. Often translated as the way of hand and foot, it is the art of kicking, punching and unarmed combat. Mental discipline and emotional equanimity are important elements of the martial art. Participants should also note that there are different schools or systems of taekwondo which operate under different rules and have their own grading examinations and competitions. There is no common system to allow automatic transfers or crossovers from one class under one system to a class under another.
Requirements and Remarks:
OPEN TO AGES 7 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. *MATERIAL FEES, TKD Ghi with belt and club logo $81 to be paid to trainer directly at the class* MIN. 10 STUDENTS TO START THE CLASS IN CASE OF RAIN WILL BE MOVED TO SHELTERED HALL AT BLK 4C ST GEORGE'S LANE NO CLASSES HELD ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY PAYMENT OF THE COURSE MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE AND THE START OF THE NEW TERM, FAILURE TO DO SO STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE LESSONS. * NEW STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE: MATERIAL FEES, TKD Ghi with belt and club logo $81 to be paid to trainer directly at the class* PARENTS & STUDENTS PLEASE KINDLY NOTE TERM STARTS ON 09/02/ 2025 AND WILL END on 13/04/2025 (if there are no breaks or holidays in between) THERE WILL BE A WEEK BREAK DURING CNY 2025 WEEK AND THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON 2ND FEB 2025.
