Course Description
Get introduced to new exercises, breathing and proper training techniques in this low-impact workout. Featuring different types of muscle pulsing while working with breathing, the programme emphasises body alignment and integrates pelvic floor muscles in order to work them effectively. This Stretch and Tone workshop involves slowly elongating muscles through their full ranges of motion, then holding them at a position where they are at full extension (but without pain). This tones your muscles and ensures that they remain sleek and supple.
*Participants will have to bring their own exercise mats and towels.
Requirements and Remarks:
