Participants will learn energetic routines that blend the dynamic grooves of 1970s disco with high-tempo, rebellious spirit of rock music. The class emphasize learning rhythmic footwork, turns, and body styling using the "four-on-the-floor" beat and syncopated basslines typical of the genre.
