Course Description
1. Explanation and slide / video shows on electrical safety at home for 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Explain the importance in observing the safety rules and regulation on the use of electricity at home.
3. Show the common faults and unsafe ways on the use of electricity at home.
4. Explain the common types of fluorescent lights use at home.
5. Explain how a one way switch control 1 and 2 lights.
6. Explain how a two switch control 1 lights.
7. Practice on paper how to complete the electrical circuits of One way switch control 1 and 2 lights.
8. Practice on paper how to complete the electrical circuits of Two switch control 1 light.
9. Explain how the domestic power supply works.
10. Explain what is a radial circuit used in power supply.
11. Explain what is a ring circuit used in power supply.
12. Practice how to complete a radial circuit on paper.
13. Practice how to complete a ring circuit on paper.
14. Discussion on common domestic electrical faults and its remedy.
