• Trainer: Madam Tan Soh Hoon • This is a demonstration workshop, NOT a hands-on class. • Video recording is strictly always prohibited. • The scheduled menu sequence and dishes are subject to change. • The class will be conducted in English and Mandarin, with bilingual printed handouts provided. • Please bring $10 to $15 for ingredients fees on a PER SESSION basis to be given to the trainer. • Please bring your own food containers. • Class is confirmed unless otherwise informed via SMS. • No refunds will be allowed after payment for class has been made. Class Overview • Duration: 4 weekly lessons held on Saturday Evenings. • Ingredients Fees: $10–$15 per week, paid directly to the trainer o SkillsFuture Credits cannot be used for material fees Class Commencement • Start Date: Begins once 5 participants have successfully registered • Ensure your local mobile number is updated with OnePA Portal www.onepa.gov.sg SkillsFuture Credit Users • Registration: Must register in person at Pasir Ris East CC (10:00 AM–5:30 PM) from 5th May 2026. o Bring original NRIC and mobile phone with Singpass access • Claim Deadline: Submit SkillsFuture claim at least 7 working days before class starts o Final submission deadline: 30 Aug 2026, 5:30 PM • Important Notes: o “Additional SFC (Mid-Career Support)” credits are not accepted o If your Basic SFC balance is insufficient, top-up via cash/card at the counter o Incomplete claims or unpaid balances may result in cancellation of enrolment Online Payment Notice • Proceed with online payment only if NOT using SkillsFuture Credits o Receipts from online card payments cannot be used for SkillsFuture claims o Skillsfuture Claims submitted using such receipts will be rejected or cancelled Need Help?
