Janet was a bread and cakes trainer for various studios, including ABC Cooking Studio. She attained 11 WSQ certificates on Travel and Services, 13 WSQ Baking and Pastry Certificates. To further pursue her interest, she also attended an intensive course with Academy of Pastry Arts from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has also obtained a Master Class Certificate of Attendance from Le Cordon Bleu by Chef Jean Francois Deguignet. In 2023, to strive for excellence, she traveled to France and pursued her baking knowledge at National Institute of Bakery and Pastry (INBP) with Chef Philippe Hermenier (MOF Boulanger) in Normandy. And Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with Chef Frédéric Hoël and Chef Olivier Mahut. Her passion in baking has led her to guide students from different backgrounds and share her knowledge in baking as to achieve satisfying lessons with delicious baked products.
