Course Description
Basic Bartending & Mixology skills is an essential skill for an individual aspiring to be either a
freelance/part time or full-time entry level bartender & mixologist. This very engaging,
hands-on Basic Bartending & Mixology Skills Workshop will equip aspiring Bartenders &
Mixologists with the necessary knowledge, information & basic skills to be an effective entry
level bartender & mixologist.
You will learn:
- Alcohol awareness
- Roles & responsibilities of bartenders
- Bartending tools & equipment & their usage
- Bar essentials & serving techniques
- Types of spirits, liquor & wines
- Learning to make 8 types of cocktails including The Singapore Sling
For the practical portion, participants will learn how to make 8 most popular cocktails
including the Singapore Sling.
Requirements and Remarks:
