Course Description

You can learn how to prepare French dishes such as ratatouille, souffle and saute taragon chicken just to name a few with a cuisinier who is classically trained in French cuisine.

Under "Class Instructions" : Coq Au Vin - Chicken Braised in Red Wine (demonstration) : A French cuisine classic, the following will be demonstrated : - chicken braised in red wine - glazed vegetables - red wine sauce made with the braising liquid Material fee- $14 pay direct to trainer.
