Kamaluddin is an Indian Martial Arts Instructor, conducting training for a handful of students for the past 30 years. He would like to start up martial art training classes and recruit students to participate, in order to improve their fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle while learning more about this traditional artform.

Silambam training involves of Warm up, Footwork, Blocks, Punches, Strikes, Kicks, Bare Hand Patterns, Self‐Defense, Wrestling, Pattern with equipment and stretching. For the Patterns with equipment,  students will learn the footwork without the equipment. Thereafter various spinning techniques and methods of executing them in the flow and without stopping the motion of the equipment will be taught. As students successfully complete the grading, they will go next level from white belt to various coloured belts to indicate their grades.
As the students’ progress, they will be conditioning and preparing the body for the upcoming challenges. This includes improvements in flexibility, agility, hand‐eye coordination, balance, strength, and cardiovascular stamina.
