Dave Lau is a certified 4-Star (SEA) kayaker and a Level 3 coach with a passion for sharing his love in kayaking with others. With paddling experience in diverse locations such as Alaska, Canada, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia, he has acquired an understanding of various kayaking environments.

Dave has been actively coaching in school programs as well as in adults courses, emphasizing safety awareness and refining techniques. To enhance his instructional skills, Dave has completed basic and intermediate white water kayaking courses in Canada and New Zealand, enabling him to share different experiences with his participants.

Dave's teaching philosophy focuses on creating an enjoyable, supportive learning environment, where participants feel like they're on a fun weekend outing with friends.
