Course Description

Traditionally eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival, rice dumpling is made from glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. Participants will learn to make various kinds of rice dumplings for the annual Dumpling Festival, or normal consumption.
