Course Description
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or teams of competitors (from 2 to 6 people) manipulate one or two apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. The course wil mainly involve the teaching of the Kinder and Level 1 syllabus in the National Programme. Materials to be purchased might include the rhythmic ball apparatus.
Requirements and Remarks:
Total of 8 sessions, 3-hour/session. For ages 7-16 years competing in Age Group or Level 3-7. And for ages 6 & up years doing AGG. Apparel, apparatus and equipment are to be purchased from trainer. Please enquire with DGA Admin for more details via Whatsapp 88020538.
