Course Description
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or teams of competitors (from 2 to 6 people) manipulate one or two apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. The course wil mainly involve the teaching of the Kinder and Level 1 syllabus in the National Programme. Materials to be purchased might include the rhythmic ball apparatus.

*This is an (Normal/Advance) Class Class timing : 3pm - 6pm (3hrs) Trainer: Ms Nina Chow Number of Session: 6 Venue: Hougang CC Basketball Court Max: 10 NOTE: Apparel, apparatus and equipment can be purchased from trainer or trainee's own set.
