Course Description
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or teams of competitors (from 2 to 6 people) manipulate one or two apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. The course wil mainly involve the teaching of the Kinder and Level 1 syllabus in the National Programme. Materials to be purchased might include the rhythmic ball apparatus.
Requirements and Remarks:
Students attending on SUNDAY class WITH NO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE. For ages 4 years and above (as at course start date) Apparel, apparatus and equipment are to be purchased from trainer. PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING TRAINER FOR MORE DETAILS.
