A chanced encounter with a teacher about 17years ago sparked Lester's passion for yoga. He has been pursuing the art since.
He attended numerous workshops around the world training with great masters to enrich his knowledge.
He is now a certified yoga instructor and conducts lessons with Fitness First. Lester is well versed in Vinyasa yoga, Dynamic Flow, Hot Flow, Aerial Flow Yoga. He strongly believes that anyone can do yoga! His ultimate goal is to inspire one to see the benefits of practising Yoga. Yoga helps one to be aware of his body alignment, to keep him in the pink of health!.

Rhythmic Flow Yoga is a new style of Yoga, that combines Vinyasa yoga with music. It focuses on synchronizing deep breathing and continuous asana flows with music rhythm. This program helps to enhance core strength , flexibility, focus and awareness. The practice is elevated with the use of soothing music and songs, which allows participants to express emotions while flowing through the dynamic poses.
