Course Description
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a uni-sex sport for individuals or groups. Exercises are done to music and with different types of apparatus - girls using balls, hoops and ribbon etc and boys using rings, sticks and clubs. Goals: Development of such physical skills as flexibility, endurance, dexterity, balance, grace and coordination and cognitive ones like problem solving and decision making.
Requirements and Remarks:
For children from age 8 to 18 years old. Participants are advised to bring their own yoga mats. No material fee. Please note: 1. A 20% administrative fee applies for cancellations before the class commencement. 2. Course fees are strictly non-transferable to other individuals or classes. 3. No refunds will be given after class commencement unless there are unforeseen circumstances and subject to committee approval 4. Participants will be notified only in the event of class cancellation or postponement.
