Tai Kui Lon has participated in various International Folk dance workshops. She has helped choreographed dances for charity events and National Day programmes at the CCs. Mdm Tai started learning Folk dance in 1990 and has been teaching it since 1999.

Recreational Folk Dance is choreographed and modified from a mixture of traditional folk dances from various cultures of the world. This is the Intermediate level.
