Ng Lai Hiong started teaching Folk Dance in 1985 for the Bukit Gomak CC Cultural Troupe and has since been teaching at various RCs and CCs.

She upgrades by attending folk dance workshops. She has participated in Chingay 2003.

Recreational Folk Dance is choreographed and modified from a mixture of traditional folk dances from various cultures of the world. This is the Intermediate level.
