For new enrolment & enquiries, please call Yu Cai Chinese Enrichment at 6387 7881. 1) For enrolment, one time registration fee of $20 and one month advance payment course fee payable to the operator. 2) For all students, a monthly material fee of $5 is to be paid to the operator directly. No refunds will be given once the fee is paid, except in cases where the course/activity/facility booking is cancelled or rescheduled as deemed necessary by the CC or PA.
