Course Description

Prancing Giraffes is grounded in ballet techniques, building good posture, discipline, and muscle control while exposing participants to a variety of dance genres to nurture their artistic expression.

Each lesson follows a structured flow: a warm-up, barre exercises, and centre exercises that cover stretches, dance techniques, terminology, and musicality — with props like ribbons, tambourines, and scarves adding fun and creativity. Participants will also engage in social games through movement, encouraging teamwork and friendship in pairs or small groups. The lesson closes with a simple dance routine.
