Course Description
Does your kid love to impress with cartwheels, splits and balance beams? Learn the basics of artistic gymnastics through multiple aspects of articulate strokes and movements to increase agility. This course not only aids in body coordination skills but also improves the mindset and mental strength of your kids.
Requirements and Remarks:
This is Power Fit Kids- Artistic Gymnastics for children between 5 to 12 years old only. There will be a one time material fee of $40 to be paid to the trainer. Class time: 3.00pm - 4.00pm Participants are to wear comfortable sports attire, shoes and to bring their own water bottle. No class on 21 & 28 November 2026 as Trainer will be overseas. Classes will resume on 5 December 2026.
