Course Description
Participants apply the eight principles of Pilates Methodology - flowing movement, concentration, breathing, isolation, precision, centring, control and routine - as they exercise with the Dyna band. They will feel fitter, stronger, more flexible and even younger. They will also do workouts with a 20cm ball designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, opening the joints and releasing tension.
Requirements and Remarks:
This is an on-going class. Please bring your own gear for safety/hygiene.
