Course Description

It will bring to you skills in flowing movement, concentration, breathing, isolation, precision, centring, control and routine as you exercise with the Dyna band

Requirements and Remarks:

A Pilates beginner will learn the foundation movement and principles, such as core engagement, breathing and body alignment. They typically start with basic mat exercises that focus on building strength, flexibility and control. Progress is gradual, emphasizing precision and awareness over intensity. Weekly on Tuesday/8 sessions. Eligibility - Adults * Kindly bring yoga mat and water bottles * * Do note that online registration MUST be done before class starts. *
