Requirements and Remarks:
A Pilates beginner will learn the foundation movement and principles, such as core engagement, breathing and body alignment. They typically start with basic mat exercises that focus on building strength, flexibility and control. Progress is gradual, emphasizing precision and awareness over intensity.
