• For Existing student only • Please note that no refunds will be issued for absentees under any circumstances. • Replacement lessons will only be granted strictly based on compassionate or medical grounds, supported by valid documentation or certification. • Replacement lesson scheduling is strictly subject to the trainer’s goodwill and availability. • If the trainer is unavailable on the scheduled lesson date, a replacement class will be arranged with students and the committee will be duly informed. • If you are unable to attend a lesson, please notify the trainer in advance, prior to the scheduled start time. • Should the class venue be required for a committee event, the lesson will be rescheduled accordingly. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance. • Parents who wish to observe classes are encouraged to do so with the aim of supporting home practice. • Food and drinks are not permitted in the classroom. • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in observing these guidelines.
