Music Workshop was founded by Ms. Kellie Khoong Shok Meng in December 2004. It specialises in piano and violin performance, and theory lessons in individual and / or group arrangement. It offers graded music lessons for grade 1 to grade 8 as well as higher diploma level. Music Workshop provides ample opportunities to develop your musicianship skills, and to help you unveil a fresh, hidden musical side to your playing. Its system of teaching and communicating music will also empower you with the necessary tools that encourage individual expression and validate your ideas and feelings. At Music Workshop, our theory lectures and annual students' concerts--as well as other musical events--attract people interested in different art forms, thereby appealing to a broad coalition of creative minds.

The syllabus follows those of established international music colleges which have authorised local music schools to arrange examinations for participants. The examiners are from the following international music colleges: i) The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) ii) London College of Music (LCM) iii) Trinity College of Music (TCM) iv) Guildhall School of Music & Drama (GSMD)
