Jen is a professional piano teacher since 2016. She holds Grade 8 Piano and Music Theory from the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM). She obtained her AmusTCL Associate of Trinity College Music Theory Level 4 Diploma in Music Theory from Trinity College Music in 2024 and Diploma of the London College of Music - DipLCM in 2023. Her students vary from as young as 3 years old to adults. Her students enjoy their lesson with her as she is dedicated, patient, responsible and always ready to help and assist her students. Most of her students can score merit/distinction in ABRSM graded exam.

The syllabus follows those of established international music colleges which have authorised local music schools to arrange examinations for participants. The examiners are from the following international music colleges: i) The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) ii) London College of Music (LCM) iii) Trinity College of Music (TCM) iv) Guildhall School of Music & Drama (GSMD)
