Registration Closing Date 2.1 Registration will close on the stated closing date or when the class reaches full capacity, whichever occurs first. 2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to cease accepting registrations once the maximum class size is reached. 2.3 Late registrations may not be accepted. 3. Course Fees 3.1 All course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement date. 3.2 Fees are non-transferable to another person unless approved by the Organiser. 4. Refund Policy 4.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Organiser. 4.2 Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 working days. 4.3 No refunds will be provided for no-shows, partial attendance, or unused sessions. 4.4 Refunds will exclude any administrative or processing fees. 4.5 Refunds requested for personal reasons* (for reasons not related to the organiser's fault or external factors beyond control) will incur a 20% administrative fee.
