Course Description

Young chefs will create three delicious treats in this hands-on baking adventure! Learn to make flaky vegetable curry puffs, spiral chicken ham pinwheels, and crispy chocolate almond palmiers. Children will master pastry techniques whilst crafting both savoury and sweet delights to take home and share.

Requirements and Remarks:

Menu of the Day: Vegetable Curry Puff Chicken Ham Pinwheel Chocolate Almond Palmier. Each person would bring home approximately 4–5 pieces of each flavor, with a total of at least 12 pieces overall. Materials fee of $20 will be collected by trainer on actual day. Please remember to bring your own food container and apron.
