Course Description
Learn to make fluffy, golden Korean street food in this 2-hour hands-on class! Each participant will create two different flavours and bring home 4 delicious eggbreads. Perfect introduction to Korean cuisine for children with tasty results to share.

Requirements and Remarks:
Gyeran Bbang or Korean egg bread is a popular street food in Korea. It is usually baked in a mini loaf pan and top with an egg. The bread has a soft and moist cake-like texture which is both sweet and savoury in flavour. This is a hands-on class for children, minimum age is 8 years old. Participants will make the product from scratch, learn to incorporate different topping ingredients to produce 2 flavours of the egg bread. Participants need to bring own apron, containers and carrier bags for completed products. They will bring home 4 pieces of the final product. Ingredient fee of $5 to be paid directly to trainer. Recipe does not contain pork/lard.
