Course Description
Do you wish to grow and own multiple roses and orchids or any other plants from just one pot?
Or learn how to grow plants from seeds? This workshop will definitely help you to create a collection of your favourite plants, save money and keep your garden growing.
Plant propagation is used to produce new plants from a desired parent plant and one may think that producing plants is difficult. But in this course, the trainer will share with you various methodology of plant propagation, like stem cutting, root division, air laying and growing plant from seed.
Besides the theories, you will also have hands-on session to do your own propagation, bring back some plants and see for yourselves how they eventually grow in your home.
Requirements and Remarks:
Materials fee : $35 payable to trainer during class. Each participant will bring back at least three pots of orchids and three other plants. Material provided: 1. Quality Soil 2. Seeds x at least 2 types 3. Rose and herbs Cuttings 4. 5 x 4ins flower pots 5. A recycled bottle Materials fee : $35 payable to trainer during class.
