Course Description
Nonya or Peranakan kuehs are colourful and flavourful. Generally made using a variety of ingredients like coconut milk, palm sugar, sweet potato, tapioca and pandan leaves, they are popular tea snacks and desserts in south-east Asia. Some popular nonya favourites are kueh lapis, kueh dadar, onde onde and kueh kosui.

the class will be either DEMO/SEMI HANDS-ON WORKSHOP for adults 1 session Min: 6 pax Max: 16 pax Ingredients Fee: $10/$15 per pax per session payable to trainer Ingredients use is Halal certified Participants need to bring own containers to bring back the food after class.
