Course Description
MYRing Yoga is a movement-based practice that incorporates a specially designed ring to support stretching, stability, and body alignment. The MYRing is used as a prop to deepen mobility work, create gentle resistance, and guide the body into postures with greater ease.
This practice blends yoga inspired movements with functional exercises that target flexibility, balance, and muscular engagement.
Sessions typically include a combination of seated, standing, and floor-based movements, allowing participants of different fitness levels to participate safely and comfortably. MYRing Yoga is suitable for those looking to improve posture, and develop overall mobility through guided, prop-supported exercises.
Participants are required to bring along a mat and a towel for the session.

For new & existing participants - Bring own Yoga mat and bottle of plain water.
