Requirements and Remarks:

Join our Muay Thai class! Open to participants aged 13 and above, this class is a great way to build fitness, discipline, and self-confidence. Please come dressed in comfortable exercise wear and remember to bring your own hand wraps. New participants may loan a pair of boxing gloves for one term, so you can focus on getting started without worrying about equipment. Students will be informed if classes are postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will only be processed in the event of class cancellation or if the rescheduled date does not suit the participant; refunds will be issued via GIRO only.
