Chin Ching's martial arts journey started in 1982 in traditional Chinese wushu and sanda in Guang Wu Wushu club which is one of the longest and 2nd oldest wushu club in Singapore. He also learnt Taekwondo in 1984 and picked up Muay Thai in 1993. Chin Ching had several fights (competition) in Thailand until 2004 and he is currently serving as a Muay Thai and Sanda trainer in 2 private clubs in Singapore.

Muaythai is a form of martial arts that originated from Thailand. Also known as, 'The Art of Eight Limbs', muaythai engages the use of a person's hands, shins, elbows and knees.  You will learn techniques and combinations (shadow boxing, pad work, elbowing and kneeing). You will practise on punching bags and with partners using shin guards and gloves, if necessary. Most of the exercises will be low-impact, with the trainer correcting you as you go along.
