Course Description
Traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival, they are usually eaten in accompaniment with Chinese tea. Other than the usual red bean paste, lotus seed and egg york fillings, participants will also learn to use mixed nuts, durian paste, yam paste and more for their own home-made mooncakes.
