Course Description

Traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival, they are usually eaten in accompaniment with Chinese tea. Other than the usual red bean paste, lotus seed and egg york fillings, participants will also learn to use mixed nuts, durian paste, yam paste and more for their own home-made mooncakes.

Requirements and Remarks:

the class will be either DEMO/SEMI HANDS-ON WORKSHOP for adults 1 session Min: 6 pax Max: 16 pax Ingredients Fee: $15/$20 per pax per session payable to trainer Ingredients use is Halal certified Participants need to bring own containers to bring back the food after class.
