Ms Lai Meng Siew is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Primary trained Directress. To have a fair understanding of the pre-school sector in Singapore, she spent 2 years working as a Montessori Directress in a local Montessori Childcare Center, a Montessori Learning Center and a Montessori Kindergarten. She has taught both locally and overseas at Hong Kong.

The child will learn the phonetic sounds of A to Z and the Consonants Blend. With this, he is already on the way to Early Reading of short sentences consisting of phonetic words. Following that, he will be introduced to the main Phonograms. The child's reading skills will be further strengthened with emphasis on clarity in pronunciation and word building. Early Comprehension will taught towards the end of the programme.
