Course Description
Yogilates integrates the effective core strengthening exercises, alignment principles and a proper warm-up to the spine from Pilates with the breathing techniques, muscular endurance and flow of Yoga.
Requirements and Remarks:
Participants will be doing 1 hour yoga and 30 minutes pilates. Yogalates is a perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga poses focus on building strength and flexibility. It keeps you physically strong and mentally healthy. Pilates focuses on toning the deeper “core”muscles. Regular practices will give exercises to the spine, nourish internal organs and promote good posture. When paired with a balanced diet, Yogilates can help you lose weight and sculpt a strong lean body while cultivating a sound mind. A gentle reminder to students/guardians to make the necessary payment BEFORE the class commences. Your help in ensuring timely payments is greatly appreciated. NO parking within the CC premises.
