Course Description

Slimming yoga is a 5000 yrs old art of uniting your body and mind. The intermediate session starts with Auto-Suggestions, Breathing Techniques and Fundamental Movements to prepare the body and mind. This is followed by various Yogic warm up exercises specifically for slimming purposes. Finally, there are warm down exercises to complete relaxation to end the class with final breathings and self massage. Tips will be provided on diet to enhance slimming.

As the therapeutic Yoga movements help to alleviate spine/back pain and relief stiffness, its entire practice brings out the inner awareness of calming mental level along with the outer beauty of nourishing/sculpting/strengthening effects especially abdomen, thighs, buttock, back and arms are to be toned up while achieving the most comfortable level of entire back/spine. Suitable for all ages incl. Senior Citizens and those after years/weeks long of working/schooling. Open to Male & Female at 13yo & above. Those at 10 - 12 years old may sign up the course to join together with parent(s) . Features: Dynamic/ Stretch/ Comfort / Sweat / Relax.
