Dowell Tuition Centre, established in 1988, has more than 15 years of experience in child education and training. Dowell is set up with the objective of providing quality academic service to all levels of students pre nursery, kindergarten and primary school. Dowell operates on the philosophy of developing self esteem in the students through their intellectual, moral, self confidence, psychomotor and analytical skills. The centre helps the child, 1.	To speak, read and write well 2.	To be creative and independent 3.	To develop physical coordination and good study skills 4.	To build self confidence and self esteem 5.	Providing an opportunity for children to make friends in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere 6.	To encourage conversation, sharing, taking turns and cooperation 7.	Assist students in their school work to ensure completion 8.	Daily tutorial and preparation for school examinations

This course follows closely the requirements of the MOE syllabus. There will be ample review and practice in the preparation. Topics include: * Whole numbers * Order of operation * Measure angles and find angles * Decimals * Approximation and estimate * Sum of angles of a triangle * Parallelograms * Cubes and cuboids
