Course Description
Learn the creative use of spices to prepare popular and tasty Malay dishes like nasi kuning, spicy curries, dried chilli prawns and lontong.
Requirements and Remarks:
The class will be conducted in demonstration format at the CC's Non-halal kitchen. Participants will learn to prepare popular Malay cuisine like Mee Siam Set Please bring along your own container and pay $10 ingredient fee to trainer in class.
