Course Description

The Ladies Solo Dance Program (Elementary level) focuses on the ladies movements in expressing the steps and variations to different rhythms such as Cha-Cha, Rumba, Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Jive, Samba, Salsa, Merengue, etc, without needing a partner. This course would help the ladies keep physically fit, and mentally active whilst enjoying dancing together.

The dance routine is choreographed by the Trainer and is taught in a step-by-step approach with emphasis on technique and musicality. No dance background is required for this elementary level.
