Course Description

The class begins with fundamentals of Korean cake flower piping followed by bean paste preparation. This course also introduces students to various carvings of flowers in the guided lesson.

Requirements and Remarks:

IMPORTANT NOTES: – Participant will learn how to pipe the flower directly on a 6” cake - Master the fundamentals of piping bag technique - Learn how to layer the cake - Bring back home a completed cake creation - A material fee of $8.00 is payable directly to the trainer at the start of the class.
