Course Description
The class begins with fundamentals of Korean cake flower piping followed by bean paste preparation. This course also introduces students to various carvings of flowers in the guided lesson.

IMPORTANT NOTES: - Participant will learn how to use a palette knife to make petals - Learn what type of baking paper to use and how to bake - Learn how to storage the petal - Learn how to layer the cake - Bring back home a completed cake creation - A material fee of $8.00 is payable directly to the trainer at the start of the class.
