Course Description
Always wanted to whip up authentic Korean cuisine? Our culinary art trainer wil teach you how to prepare Korean dishes in this course.
Requirements and Remarks:
Adult Hands-on & DEMON cooking workshop Min: 7 pax, Max: 16 1 session ingredient fee: $10 per pax per session (payable to trainer directly) all ingredients use are halal-certified Recipes: Ban Chan (side dish) 1) Myeol Chi Bok GGeum (stir fried anchovies) - DEMO 2) Mu Saeng Chae (spicy shredded radish salad) - DEMO 3) Kkak Du Gi (radish kimchi) - HANDS-ON Participants need to bring own container to bring back the kimchi after class. Participants are encouraged to mask on and bring their own apron. Trainer: Ms Cho NO VIDEO RECORDING IS ALLOWED IN THE CLASS. NO REFUND IS ALLOWED ONCE REGISTERED FOR THE CLASS.
