Iris is a passionate and dedicated trainer whose main goal in life is to educate, motivate and help others achieve a healthier, pain-free body. Her expertise in fitness, personal, sports massage and pilates has garnered many supportive participants amongst a wide variety of age, ranging from eight to ninety-five. As a motivated individual, her constant pursuit of knowledge led towards constant achievements, awards and certifications over the years of her career.

Wondering how to pack a all-in-one goodness in a single class? Want to improve your aerobic fitness and increase a better overall body tone? Try this out! 
 
This kickboxing based class focuses on the movement tecniques. It trains your overall body, giving you a better tone on your shoulders, arms, abdomen, back, bum and legs! The speed variations push your aerobic fitness up a notch, aiming for optimal heart health! Be sure that you will be challenged to use your body as an instrument to execute the moves with directional changes and the adrenaline pumping music beats!
 
This class is open to all levels. Do come with workout attire, sports shoes, towel and water bottle and be prepared to burn it out!
