Wondering how to pack a all-in-one goodness in a single class? Want to improve your aerobic fitness and increase a better overall body tone? Try this out!
This kickboxing based class focuses on the movement tecniques. It trains your overall body, giving you a better tone on your shoulders, arms, abdomen, back, bum and legs! The speed variations push your aerobic fitness up a notch, aiming for optimal heart health! Be sure that you will be challenged to use your body as an instrument to execute the moves with directional changes and the adrenaline pumping music beats!
This class is open to all levels. Do come with workout attire, sports shoes, towel and water bottle and be prepared to burn it out!
