Course Description
Aim: To introduce more advanced manoeuvres and full range of dynamic skills to intermediate paddlers. This award confirms candidate as a competent canoeist with a comprehensive repertoire of basic strokes and a general awareness of the sport and the opportunities it offers.
Pre-entry Requirement: Two Star Award
Swimming 50 m without PFD
Requirements and Remarks:
Prerequisite - Kayaking 2 STAR Award. The onePA online system will only recognise certificates that have been awarded within PA. Should you possess an external certificate or one which dates past our online records, you will have to register for the course over the counter at any of our PW outlets. Please bring along the certificate and an ID card for verification. After confirmed registration, no refund or reschedule will be allowed. An attendance certificate will be issued to participants who complete the full course duration.
